Christian Civics Executive Director Rick Barry will be delivering the Sunday sermon at Washington Community Fellowship in Washington, DC, on October 12. His sermon, “The Scales of Peace,” will explore what it means to be peacemakers in our relationships, in our communities and in our world.

Washington Community Fellowship is a forty-year-old church on Capitol Hill where “where people from all backgrounds are formed by Jesus together for others.” This will be the second in a four-sermon series called “People of Peace.” The series will feature guest speakers from a range of different ministries and faith-based non-profits.

Sunday School classes for adults and children begin at 9:30. Worship service begins at 10:30. Childcare for children 4 and under is provided during the worship service.
