Every other Tuesday from September through election day, Center for Christian Civics is hosting prayer conference calls to pray for our candidates, our nation and our churches during the election season.
During each 15-minute lunchtime call, pastors or ministry leaders from around the country will lead participants in Christ-centered prayer for the effect the divisive election season is having on our congregations; the ways in which our congregations can offer healing to the communities around us; and wisdom, emotional health and spiritual health for the candidates and their staffs.
Our October 25 prayer call will be held at 12:30 pm (Eastern) and will be led by Michael Wear and Bill Wichterman. Michael served as director of faith outreach for President Obama's 2012 re-election campaign. Bill served as Special Assistant to President George W. Bush and as the president's personal liaison to the conservative movement. Both men are devout Christians passionate about seeing the church thrive.
If you'd like the call-in information or want to stay up to date on who will be leading the next call, let us know!
